  • BIOGRAPHY

    As Senior Project Manager, Brian Toenjes’ responsibilities include the day-today management of the project. With over 20 years of experience as a project manager, Brian specializes in construction and development services and has completed more than $600M worth of healthcare and office projects during his career including more than 1M SF of buildings.

    Brian’s recent accomplishments include the completion of the University of Chicago Medicine’s Center for Advanced Care in Orland Park, a 110,000 SF development that includes LINAC, Infusion, Pharmacy and Imaging; the 30,000 SF Conyers Medical Office Building in Conyers (Atlanta), GA; the 75,000 SF Surgery Center, Imaging and Medical Office in South Carolina (currently in design phase); the 440,000 SF Astellas Pharma headquarters; the 110,000 SF headquarters for the General Board of Pension & Health Benefits of The United Methodist Church; Astellas Lab/Vivarium projects; the Command Transportation Headquarters; the RhinoDox Headquarters; the Astellas Washington DC offices; the 210,000 SF CPS Headquarters and; the Medline Industries campus.

    Brian has extensive experience in construction management, general contracting, development and project management. His no-nonsense attention to detail makes him an invaluable asset during the pre-construction and construction phases. Past experience as a general contractor brings a keen understanding of the complete process including value engineering, scheduling, budget development and monitoring of construction activities, costs and time.
