    Robbie brings several decades of experience in project management and construction to MBRE’s Project Services division. His portfolio consists of over $1.26 billion in healthcare projects spanning the last 19 years and includes the expansion and renovation of existing healthcare facilities, ambulatory surgery centers, medical office buildings, a medical-based fitness center, micro hospitals, and multiple brownfield and greenfield replacement hospitals.

    Since joining MBRE, Robbie has been involved in hospital and medical office developments totaling approximately $180 million. His recent notable projects include the University of Colorado Health micro hospital in Colorado Springs, the Texas Regional micro hospital in Cypress, and two large medical office building developments in Las Colinas, Texas and Trussville, Alabama.

    Robbie’s additional career highlights include a 270-bed brownfield replacement hospital for the Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center in Plainsboro, nine projects for Rush-Copley Medical Center, including an 86,000-square-foot medical office building and a 55,000-square-foot ambulatory care center, and the Metro Health Hospital, a 208-bed greenfield replacement hospital. Robbie’s professional background includes 15 years at Navigant and AMDC, as well as time spent as a general contractor where he obtained invaluable field experience.
