MB Real Estate (MBRE) announced that One North Dearborn recently received the BOMA 360 Performance Building designation for demonstrating the highest standards of excellence in property management. This recognition is part of a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) program that sets the standard worldwide for operational best practices in the commercial real estate industry. MBRE provides property management services for the downtown Chicago office building.

For building owners and managers, receiving the BOMA 360 label is a prestigious honor that evaluates buildings based on operations and management, life safety, security, and risk management, training and education, energy and sustainability, as well as tenant relations and community involvement.
