The Building Owners and Managers Association of Chicago (BOMA/Chicago) has welcomed MB Real Estate Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Asset Management Suzanne Hendrick to the organization’s board of directors. Hendrick joins a small group of commercial real estate figures on the board for BOMA/Chicago, an organization whose membership spans some of the most impressive spaces within the Chicago CRE community.

Hendrick has 30 years of experience in the Chicago real estate industry and has been with MBRE since 2013. At MBRE, Hendrick is responsible for the company’s asset management portfolio, leading the on-site teams of several prestigious buildings and city landmarks across Chicago. Notable assignments within the MBRE portfolio include Millennium Park, Maggie Daley Park, the Chicago Riverwalk, the Richard J. Daley Center, 190 S. LaSalle, 1 N. LaSalle, and Michigan Plaza.

“The breadth and history of BOMA Chicago’s impact on commercial real estate are unparalleled,” said Hendrick. “I’m excited to aid in BOMA’s 118-year tradition of continuously raising our city’s impressive portfolio of buildings and the businesses within them to new heights.”

MBRE is proud to support BOMA/Chicago’s mission: to serve the people and companies that own, operate, manage, and service Chicago’s commercial buildings. BOMA/Chicago members include nearly 240 commercial office, institutional, and public buildings, along with members from companies that provide goods and services in the Chicago area.
